Key responsibilities & impact

Guide a team in expanding Fidelity Bond Beacon, Fidelity’s proprietary fixed income trading platform
Own the product mission and strategy as the end-to-end product gatekeeper
Work with trading desks, compliance, clients and leadership
Prioritize the product feature backlog
Deliver best-in-class execution and user-friendly workflows supporting advisors, traders and brokers
Enable team innovation and experimentation while balancing risk and reward

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with electronic trading and fixed income investment markets and workflows, including treasuries, agencies, mortgages, CDs, municipal bonds, corporate bonds and/or structured notes
Strong aptitude for quantitative finance, statistics, probabilistic risk and associated concepts
Software product leadership and program management skills
Intellectual curiosity and experience fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
Track record of contributing to high-performing teams
Series 07 - FINRA certification
Series 63 - FINRA certification
