About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, develop, and scale data, analytics, and intelligence capabilities for Fidelity’s alternative-investments ecosystem
Build the intelligence platform that powers decision-making for associates, asset managers, and investors
Create new product solutions from scratch in ambiguous environments
Connect business needs with data assets and platform capabilities
Collaborate with Wealth, Brokerage, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams
Develop scalable intelligence products and continuously improve platform capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years of product management experience, specifically in platform or analytics products
Experience building scalable data and intelligence capabilities
Positive relationship skills with engineering, data, and business teams
Outstanding analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
Ability to translate strategy into executable product plans
Experience influencing senior collaborators in complex environments
Preferred: experience in alternative investments, wealth management, asset management, or fintech
Preferred: familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and analytics ecosystems
Preferred: experience in startup or venture-building environments
