About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, develop, and scale data, analytics, and intelligence capabilities for Fidelity’s alternative investments ecosystem
Build new solutions and product capabilities from scratch in ambiguous environments
Power decision-making for Fidelity associates, asset managers, and investors
Connect business needs with data assets and platform capabilities
Collaborate with Wealth, Brokerage, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams
Develop scalable intelligence products
Continuously improve capabilities and maintain industry leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-12 plus years of product management experience, specifically in platform or analytics products
Experience building scalable data and intelligence capabilities
Positive relationship skills with engineering, data, and business teams
Outstanding analytical, communication, and prioritization skills
Ability to translate strategy into executable product plans
Experience influencing senior collaborators in complex environments
Experience in alternative investments, wealth management, asset management, or fintech preferred
Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and analytics ecosystems preferred
Experience in startup or venture-building environments preferred
