About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct fundamental equity research coverage for a group of companies within a designated industry
- Conduct in-depth company and industry analysis
- Engage with management teams and industry experts
- Evaluate customers, suppliers, and competitors
- Build detailed financial models
- Synthesize company, industry, and macroeconomic insights into actionable investment recommendations
- Develop and articulate investment theses on assigned companies
- Present investment recommendations to Fidelity Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and senior leaders
- Build relationships across the organization and gain exposure to Fidelity's investment process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Class of 2028 MBA candidates
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success during academic career and in other pursuits
- Sound business judgment and strong interest in financial markets
- Ability to thrive under pressure and time constraints in a risk-taking environment
- Independent problem-solving ability
- Healthy level of skepticism in thought process
- Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
- Work authorization is not provided for the Boston location
