About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage face-to-face with clients in an Investor Center
- Provide mentorship and personalized financial planning
- Help expand the reach of Fidelity’s brand
- Nurture relationships with an existing client base
- Introduce clients to different investment strategies
- Bring together additional client assets through positive, client-centered discussions
- Provide solutions using an open architecture product platform and financial-industry resources
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Build relationships, uncover client needs, and recommend solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
- Degree or equivalent experience and/or other professional certifications are helpful
- CFP or degree is helpful; tuition reimbursement is available to acquire one
- Ability to introduce clients to investment strategies and bring together additional client assets
- Extensive knowledge of investment solutions
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Ability to take initiative, find solutions, and exceed customer expectations
- Must comply with applicable securities, investment, retirement, state, ERISA, FINRA, and self-regulatory organization laws and regulations
- Certain criminal histories may restrict hiring or association
- Face-to-face client engagement in an Investor Center
