Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service, phone-based support, or financial services experience provides a strong foundation for success
- Experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus
- Required Series 7 and Series 66 licenses; comprehensive resources and support are provided to prepare for them
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification listed
- Superb interpersonal skills and passion to engage with clients
- Ability to assess client needs and find opportunities
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
- Technology adoption and ability to serve as a technology champion within the branch
- Ability to embrace feedback, foster collaboration, and approach challenges with curiosity
- Must not require immigration sponsorship
- Ability to comply with applicable securities, investment, retirement, and regulatory laws; certain criminal histories may restrict hiring or association
