About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Fidelity customers over the phone
  • Answer questions about account balances

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successful completion of the SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 exams is required
  • Experience in customer service, by phone or in person
  • Ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment
  • High energy and enthusiasm with a demonstrated passion for helping people
  • Flexibility and self-motivation
  • Eagerness to learn and build a profession in financial services
  • Ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity
  • No finance background or college degree required
  • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
