About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gain exposure to Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, Benefits, Line HR, Associate Experience, T&D Learning, Compensation, and Employee Relations
  • Participate in formal HR learning sessions
  • Participate in meetings with Fidelity associates and occasionally outside vendor partners
  • Build business acumen in the assigned area and learn corporate communication styles
  • Professionally network with associates across multiple levels within Fidelity HR
  • Creatively assess the assignment area and present assessment and analysis of learnings to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current undergraduate college student who will return to coursework after the summer internship
  • Availability for the entire 10-week program from June 7th, 2027 through August 13th, 2027
