About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in stakeholder discussions, capture requirements, and clarify ambiguities with guidance from senior analysts and team members
- Work on real projects throughout the delivery lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, design, testing, and implementation
- Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams
- Develop understanding of business context, system workflows, data flows, and upstream/downstream dependencies
- Run queries, validate test data, and investigate simple data or system issues
- Identify gaps between current systems and future business needs
- Create test cases, execute tests, analyze results, and log defects
- Explore emerging tools and technologies, including AI, and apply them responsibly
- Collaborate on solutions supporting customers’ long-term financial goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have earned or be on track to earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field by April 5, 2027
- Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, or systems analysis concepts
- Foundational awareness of data concepts, including data flows, data validation, or querying
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to break down problems and ask thoughtful, clarifying questions
- Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Visio or Drawio
- Hands-on project or internship experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for continuous learning
- Must not require immigration sponsorship for this position
