About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in stakeholder discussions, capture requirements, and clarify ambiguities with guidance from senior analysts and team members
Work on projects across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, design, testing, and implementation
Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams
Develop understanding of business context, system workflows, data flows, and upstream/downstream dependencies
Run queries, validate test data, and investigate simple data or system issues
Identify gaps between current systems and future business needs
Create test cases, execute tests, analyze results, and log defects
Explore emerging tools and technologies, including AI, and apply them responsibly
Contribute to solutions that help customers achieve long-term financial goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have earned or be on track to earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field by the start date
Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, or systems analysis concepts
Foundational awareness of data concepts, including data flows, data validation, or querying
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to break down problems and ask thoughtful, clarifying questions
Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Visio or Drawio
Hands-on project or internship experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learning
