About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the development and evolution of the core electronic trading platform
Work across order management and routing, FIX connectivity, data, and risk controls
Help shape the firm’s electronic trading infrastructure
Own the product life cycle from planning through implementation and adoption
Collaborate with technology, trading consultants, operations, risk, compliance, legal, data science, and other internal partners
Deliver resilient, scalable, and differentiated electronic trading solutions
Build resilient, automated trading products that improve client experience, support new business opportunities, and manage risk
Deliver tools that enable internal teams to support order flow efficiently, reliably, and at scale

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into product and technology deliverables
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines
Strong understanding of technical and operational components and workflows associated with electronic equity trading
Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, positive, and forward-thinking approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences
Experience supporting system integrations
Experience managing dependencies across teams
Experience coordinating implementation activities
Familiarity with electronic equity trading concepts and market structure is a plus, not required
Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 6 months of hire
Must be able to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship
