About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support regulatory reporting for Fidelity’s broker dealers and customer channels
  • Analyze trading, customer identification, and account data for daily regulatory reporting operations
  • Perform proactive data analysis to improve reporting processes
  • Research and analyze data supporting responses to regulator and customer inquiries
  • Identify data anomalies and gaps, determine issue sources, and collaborate with product and operations teams on solutions
  • Explore and implement AI and machine learning solutions to automate, validate, and enhance regulatory reporting
  • Support data governance, quality control, and data mapping documentation
  • Design and perform acceptance testing for data quality in regulatory reporting systems and applications
  • Collaborate with Trading, Technology, Customer Support, Compliance, and Legal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • FINRA Brokerage license Series 7 required within 6 months of hire
  • Proficiency with SQL, Oracle databases, Excel, data visualization tools, and general data science
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools
  • Experience with Python is a plus
  • Highly analytical ability to comprehend large data sets, develop processes, perform calculations, identify anomalies, and produce reporting capabilities
  • Experience with trade and/or customer account data or regulatory trade reporting is a plus but not required
  • No immigration sponsorship provided
  • Subject to legal and regulatory restrictions related to certain Criminal Histories
