Coordinate new incoming and outgoing payroll data feeds to and from assigned clients and vendors
Elicit and collect business requirements for assigned projects
Assist in solution creation, testing, and enablement
Support end-to-end project goals through key tasks relevant to overall project success
Help deliver improved customer experience for plan and participant data processing
Proactively manage client data issues
Support more automated payroll data entry solutions for Fidelity defined-contribution clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Operational experience a plus
Experience interacting with external clients and internal business partners
Proven interpersonal and project management skills
Understanding payroll/data file structures and identifying date issues/irregularities
Strong professional reputation for building credibility and trust with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work under management direction in a collaborative setting and/or independently
Clear written communication, avoiding technical jargon and using an appropriate tone
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
Ability to prioritize multiple concurrent objectives and projects, making effective judgments about prioritization and time allocation
Self-starter, self-managed, results-oriented, and motivated, with ability to work independently to deliver results
