Key responsibilities & impact
  • Offer world-class planning experiences and strengthen client relationships through asset consolidation, referrals, and plan implementation

  • Conduct joint client appointments and deliver personalized financial consultations
  • Educate clients and provide personalized planning to support long-term financial success
  • Create and maintain an organized client contact strategy
  • Engage business partners and use tools such as Salesforce
  • Build long-lasting client relationships
  • Mentor and support fellow associates
  • Work alongside the Financial Consultant or Wealth Planner to deliver financial planning support
  • Conduct financial planning interactions and support the overall client relationship
  • Leverage technologies such as Glance to enhance the client experience
  • Profile clients, navigate and present guidance-tool outputs, and discuss planning concepts
  • Identify complex planning opportunities and partner with the Financial Consultant or Wealth Planner to address client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Minimum 2 years of financial services or relevant experience
  • Attainment of CFP® Certification is highly encouraged
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts
  • Ability to profile clients’ planning needs and identify appropriate solutions
  • Interest in building relationships and advocating for clients
  • Motivation toward success, ownership, and meaningful goals
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Subject to applicable securities, investment, retirement, ERISA, state, FINRA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
