About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- 1–3 years in financial services with emphasis on providing an excellent customer experience
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic, deadline-driven, detailed compliance environment
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions with team support
- Ability to facilitate targeted appointments that drive meaningful client engagement
- Client-focused mindset and strong financial planning insight
- Vested interest in being an advocate for clients
- Professional, polished communication style
- Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity
- Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful, but not required
- Must be able to work without immigration sponsorship
- Criminal history may affect eligibility due to applicable securities and financial regulations
