About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate relationships with Fidelity’s most valuable clients
- Support the branch team by strengthening client relationships
- Keep Financial Consultants organized
- Ensure daily activities align with client needs
- Cultivate a book of business and identify opportunities to add value
- Facilitate targeted appointments that drive meaningful client engagement
- Deepen client relationships through long-term mentorship
- Collaborate with the Relationship Manager team company-wide
- Manage the client contact strategy
- Build long-lasting, meaningful client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis on providing an excellent customer experience
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic, deadline-driven, detailed compliance environment
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and ability to deliver highly personalized service
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions with team support
- Ability to facilitate targeted appointments that drive meaningful client engagement
- Client-focused mindset and strong financial planning insight
- Vested interest in advocating for clients
- Professional, polished communication style
- Coachability, collaboration, and curiosity
- Degree and/or other professional certifications are helpful, but not required
- Must comply with applicable securities, investment, retirement, FINRA, and state regulations
- Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
