Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12+ years of experience in the retirement benefits industry and/or consulting to large companies
  • Juris Doctorate (ERISA specialty) or similar credentials (e.g., ASPPA CPC)
  • Well-practiced knowledge of qualified Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans
  • Knowledge of non-qualified retirement design and compliance/taxation issues
  • Knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements (ERISA/IRS/DOL)
  • Experience drafting and/or reviewing qualified and non-qualified plan documents, SPDs, and other required employee benefit plan material
  • Experience with IRS/DOL correction programs and submissions
  • Outstanding partnership skills and ability to influence others across groups
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
