Support cross-functional operating model change and transformation
Analyze and drive improvements across people, process, technology, and governance
Plan, manage, and execute business changes that improve business performance, customer experience, associate productivity, and operational risk
Collaborate with business leaders and their teams to analyze and assess processes
Design, develop, and deploy process improvement solutions
Diagnose problems, map processes, and deploy practical solutions within Workplace Investing Sales, Service, and Operations
Deliver cost and revenue improvement while focusing on risk reduction, quality improvement, customer satisfaction, associate experience, and strategic enablement
Contribute to team bench strength, standard practices, and career development

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years' experience delivering quantifiable business performance improvement through hands-on process improvement and operational change in large organizations
Experience framing ambiguous business problems, identifying root causes, and structuring current-to-future-state paths
Experience conducting current-state process mapping and observation
Experience designing and implementing future-state processes using Six Sigma, Lean, and quality management methodologies
Experience supporting business operations teams to generate solutions, plan, and implement changes
Ability to work independently to achieve business outcomes and operational excellence
Experience conducting data analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, modeling, process mapping, and workflow observation
Experience with digital solutions and facilitating operations and technical teams to eliminate manual processes through automation
Business writing and PowerPoint content creation skills
Ability to synthesize requirements for user experiences, business capabilities, and technology enablers
Skilled facilitation of large working sessions of cross-functional team members
Demonstrated experience in an operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process engineering capacity
Financial Services / Benefits Outsourcing industries experience preferred
