Software Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build scalable applications and features using modern programming languages, traditional and newer database platforms, integration technologies such as APIs and messaging, and user interfaces/front-end frameworks
- Work on real projects across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Write, test, and deploy code with team support
- Use standardized and automated software development pipeline practices and technologies to move code safely and securely from development to production
- Explore innovative technologies, including AI tools, and apply them responsibly to deliver capabilities and services for customers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions supporting customers’ long-term financial goals
- Participate in a 10-week immersive transition program with mentorship, coaching, and cohort-based learning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must have earned or be on track to earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field by January 11, 2027
- Understanding of programming fundamentals and data structures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, asking great questions, and passion for fast and continuous learning
- Immigration sponsorship is not provided
- Hands-on project or internship experience preferred
