About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead solution design and delivery for FMAX implementations, conversions, and platform integrations
Ensure client needs are addressed and incorporated into solutions
Act as a subject matter expert on FMAX capabilities and the broader Fidelity technology ecosystem
Keep strategic clients updated on available features and upcoming enhancements
Participate in client discussions on release notes, development items, and product roadmap updates
Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Support product and sales organizations in discussions related to architecture, integrations, and client needs
Partner with product, technology, distribution, and investment stakeholders to drive platform growth, advisor adoption, and business results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required
MBA, CFA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus
Deep technical knowledge of brokerage, advisory and trust solutions platforms
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience partnering with C-suite decision makers to lead solution design and delivery of end-to-end wealth management ecosystems and workflows for large complex enterprises
Ability to influence and inform FMAX future strategy by representing the voice of the client and influencing product development
Series 7 and Series 65 licenses required (pass within 90 days)
15+ years of financial services experience
Willingness to travel 60% nationally
Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
