About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the FidYOU early-career program preparing for a career in operations
- Begin a full-time role and assimilate into the assigned business team on day 1
- Complete a two-week onboarding experience, including a week-long onboarding and teambuilding event in Westlake, Texas
- Train in the assigned business-unit role beginning in week 3
- Attend monthly cohort development, networking, and learning sessions for the first two years
- Build relationships with teams across Fidelity while supporting divisional business needs with a client-first mentality
- Deliver accurate results quickly and efficiently using effective time management
- Drive innovation through curiosity and understanding of business processes and challenges
- Support clients using problem-solving techniques and ensure quality service
- Maintain a consistent daily workflow while gaining industry knowledge and professional skills
- Brokerage Operations: process brokerage accounts, asset transfers, and managed-account transactions
- Client Experience: address custody and clearing client inquiries involving transfers of assets, new accounts, and money movement
- Operations and Services Group: respond to inbound calls, perform trade execution, and advocate for clients across Fidelity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- Program starts in June 2027
- Ability to interpret sophisticated client requests and communicate clearly
- Outstanding problem-solving ability and analytical skills
- Must be able to work in one of the specified Fidelity locations
- Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
- Candidates may be subject to restrictions related to certain criminal histories under applicable financial-services laws and regulations
