About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to meaningful, real-world work and projects as a valued member of a dedicated team
  • Work in Corporate Audit, IT Audit, Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, Enterprise Compliance, Compliance Technology, or Fidelity Global Security
  • Protect the interests of Fidelity’s customers, associates, and brand
  • For Audit: work throughout planning, testing/data analysis, documenting, and communicating findings to management
  • For Risk: focus on the regulatory and operational side of managing financial risk, flag suspicious withdrawals/funds, and potentially investigate financial crimes
  • For Compliance: navigate and manage the regulatory landscape, work with policies and procedures, conduct risk assessment, and reporting
  • For Fidelity Global Security: contribute to keeping Fidelity associates safe in collaboration with Fidelity security professionals
  • Participate in professional development sessions, mentorship, and regional events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to evaluate information, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions
  • Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Curiosity and a desire to understand how businesses operate and manage risk
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Current college student (undergraduate or graduate) who will return to coursework after the summer internship
  • Availability for the entire 10-week program from June 7th, 2027 to August 13th, 2027
  • Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position
