About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support requirements gathering through stakeholder discussions, documenting business needs, and clarifying requirements
  • Work on projects across requirements analysis, solution design, testing, implementation, and production support
  • Create and maintain user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, process maps, and data flow diagrams
  • Develop understanding of business processes, system workflows, and data flows across technology platforms
  • Run queries, validate information, investigate issues, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop test cases, execute tests, analyze results, and document findings
  • Collaborate with analysts, engineers, product teams, and business partners to deliver customer- and business-focused solutions
  • Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to improve analysis, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Software Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field
  • Interest in understanding how technology solutions support business objectives and customer needs
  • Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, systems analysis, or business process concepts through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Foundational understanding of data concepts, including data flows, validation, or querying
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems and ask thoughtful questions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning
  • Current undergraduate student who will return to coursework following the internship
  • Availability for the entire 10-week internship program
  • Must not require immigration sponsorship for this position
