About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within key Workplace benefit plan clients
- Act as the primary relationship manager for a select group of executives
- Provide personalized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment guidance, and asset management support
- Integrate workplace benefits and plan provisions into comprehensive financial plans
- Deliver ongoing consultation and relationship management to support client financial well-being
- Drive client engagement, business growth, and client satisfaction
- Present executive services offerings during business reviews
- Cultivate new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events
- Identify strategies to increase assets under management and expand client relationships
- Provide planning and guidance for Fidelity’s Workplace Investing executive clients within the Personal Investing business unit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
- Ability to obtain an insurance license within six months of hire
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation preferred
- Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is strongly encouraged
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning
- Proven track record of sales success within the financial services industry
- Experience working with senior executives and employee benefit plans
- Demonstrated success developing new business and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Strong ability to assess clients' unique financial needs and recommend tailored investment and planning solutions
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
- Comprehensive knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills in both one-on-one and group settings
- Strong territory management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Must be able to comply with applicable regulatory requirements and restrictions related to criminal histories
- Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
