Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead product strategy and roadmaps for digital asset offerings within accountable segments
Develop business cases, revenue models, pricing strategies, and delivery plans aligned with enterprise objectives
Prioritize and deliver product initiatives based on customer needs, market demand, and business impact
Provide strategic guidance on digital asset trends, regulatory developments, and competitive market dynamics
Drive alignment across technology, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and commercial partners
Make high-impact product decisions using sound judgment in complex and evolving environments
Influence senior leaders and integrate product strategy into broader business priorities and investment decisions
Manage and develop a high-performing team while establishing clear execution plans and measurable outcomes
Lead strategy and vision for Fidelity Digital Assets product offerings
Evaluate industry and market trends and business needs to enhance existing experiences or incubate new offerings
Work closely with the Product Delivery team to bring strategy to clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

13+ years of product management, corporate strategy, or related experience within financial services
BA/BS required
Advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred
Experience with institutional and retail capital markets and customers
Experience building and scaling platforms and services and their operational and regulatory constructs
Experience with emerging digital asset technologies including bitcoin, Blockchain, and Ethereum
Ability to think strategically and champion product enhancement opportunities
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and dynamic, changing environments
Experience driving product and business strategy and roadmaps
Ability to build and manage relationships with business partners, external clients, and vendors
Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and product management skills
Intellectual curiosity and appetite for continuous learning
