Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Relationship Management professionals supporting the national Core Market segment with the Tax-Exempt Market
  • Lead client engagement and strengthen partnerships with senior executives and institutional clients
  • Solve complex client challenges and help clients achieve long-term goals
  • Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, growth, and the financial well-being of workplace retirement plan participants
  • Develop talent and guide teams through change and growth
  • Partner with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, government entities, and nonprofit employers
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues across Fidelity to deliver workplace retirement and benefits programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • FINRA Series 7 license required upfront
  • Series 24 and Series 63 licenses required within 90 days of hire
  • 15 years of experience in client relationship management, institutional client service, participant services, or related areas within financial services, retirement, or benefits organizations
  • Minimum of 5 years of people leader experience preferred
  • Expected travel of at least 50%
  • Ability to build relationships with executive decision-makers and key business partners
  • Expert presentation, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience leading client retention, renewal, or business growth initiatives
  • Proven ability to navigate and influence executive-level business leaders across multiple functions and businesses
  • Strong revenue management and overall financial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Must not require immigration sponsorship
