About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive deeper client relationships by developing comprehensive financial plans and wealth strategies
- Implement wealth management, trust, and estate planning for individuals
- Build deep relationships with clients and their families across life stages and generational wealth transfer
- Develop comprehensive wealth and financial plans addressing savings, investment, tax strategy, future goals, and cash flow needs
- Drive loyalty, share of wallet, referrals, and outside acquisition opportunities
- Analyze and create investment strategies for trust and wealth management customers
- Consistently revise account objectives to address retirement cash flow, tax minimization, and estate planning
- Coordinate with financial planning associates, investment managers, and service support representatives
- Help clients protect, grow, and transfer assets through integrated retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Series 7, 63, 65, 66 required prior to hire
- Insurance licenses must be obtained within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 12 years of financial service experience, including complex planning and sophisticated product offerings
- Sound understanding of the Broker/Dealer and RIA marketplace
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Knowledge of portfolio management theory, financial principles, investment strategies and instruments, characteristics of world markets, and investment products
- Extensive and successful experience building, articulating, executing, and managing multi-generational financial plans
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work collaboratively across an organization
- Subject to regulatory restrictions related to certain Criminal Histories
