About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong, personal relationships with clients
- Provide the highest level of customer service to Fidelity's sophisticated and valued clients
- Directly support the Advisor's efforts to increase and develop the business
- Handle inbound calls and emails from a book of clients and collaborate on customer communications
- Respond to mutual fund inquiries, asset allocation discussions, brokerage needs, basic tax-free and deferred investments, trust and estate planning, and income and retirement planning needs
- Partner with the Advisor and implement a structured client contact strategy
- Encourage annual client reviews
- Identify opportunities for asset consolidation, High Net Worth product development, and sophisticated product offerings
- Conduct basic guidance preparation discussions supporting client strategies developed by the Financial Consultant
- Assist with pre- and post-guidance appointments
- Make follow-up calls to understand client meeting objectives and prepare for future appointments
- Support clients' long-term objectives through integrated strategies to protect, grow, and transfer assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- Financial Services experience; five years recommended
- Degree and/or professional certifications such as CFP are helpful
- Extraordinary interpersonal communication skills via telephone and face-to-face consultations
- Ability to address unique and complex client service requests
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
- Ensure portfolios remain in accordance with compliance guidelines
- Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
- Subject to applicable laws and regulations concerning criminal histories
