Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
  • Minimum of three to five years of previous work experience in asphalt rolling operation
  • A CDL is desired but not necessary
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
  • Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions
  • Ability to work in dirty and dusty environments
  • Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member are required
  • Union membership is not required prior to employment; assistance is available from Human Resources
