Key responsibilities & impact

Build enterprise-grade AI agents that increase efficiency, quality, and practitioner experience across each stage of the tax lifecycle, from data gathering and workpaper prep to compliance, provision, and review
Bring a fresh, AI-native mindset to solving long-standing industry challenges while building interactively with tax practitioners at the world's largest firms and corporate tax departments
Understand customer needs, define and ship zero-to-one features, and enhance and scale one-to-n features
Shape the product roadmap with engineering and product design to quickly define, ship, and deliver impact with new features
Partner with customer success, sales, and marketing to gather feedback, communicate product strategy, and drive adoption of new features

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of product management experience with deep emphasis on AI / agents
3+ years of tax experience — as a tax practitioner and/or building tax products for the CPA or corporate tax market
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable with ambiguity which comes with launching new products
Degree in a technical, accounting, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
