About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead important deployments for large enterprise customers from scoping through production
Own technical delivery across single-tenant and government-cloud environments, regulated data, and differing audit methods
Write production code, build agents, integrations and tools, and solve difficult technical problems
Advise partners, CIOs and audit leaders on applying AI agents to their practices
Hire, coach and grow forward deployed engineers
Develop playbooks, tools and metrics to make deployment repeatable and accelerate time-to-value
Identify patterns across deployments and collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn customer solutions into reusable platform features
Report to the CTO/co-founder and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of leadership experience in forward deployed, deployment, solutions or customer engineering
Recent experience writing production software and willingness to remain hands-on
Experience leading or mentoring engineers
Comfort working with senior enterprise stakeholders, especially in regulated or complex environments
Good judgment about building for one customer versus the platform
Ability to push back on scope when it matters
Excitement about bringing AI agents into high-stakes professional work
Experience at a Big 4 or major consulting firm (bonus)
Knowledge of audit, accounting, risk or compliance (bonus)
Experience deploying LLM or agent-based systems in production (bonus)
