About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server environments across the organization
- Support and operate IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Work with configuration management and automation tools to deploy, configure, and maintain systems at scale
- Develop scripts, tools, and automation, leveraging AI-assisted technologies where relevant
- Improve IT operations, streamline workflows, and reduce manual work
- Learn, evaluate, and experiment with new technologies, tools, and approaches
- Work closely with experienced engineers and gradually take ownership of infrastructure tasks and automation projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure, or a similar technical role
- Hands-on experience administering Windows or Linux servers, with basic familiarity with the other
- Strong motivation to deepen expertise in Windows and Linux
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages
- Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Technical curiosity and strong motivation to learn, experiment, and develop professionally
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Advantages: strong coding or scripting skills
- Advantages: hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for technical problems and infrastructure operations
