About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide thought leadership on analytics trends, data-driven decision-making, and best practices
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify business drivers and growth opportunities in customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Refine business performance metrics and KPIs and develop stakeholder scorecards
  • Lead granular KPI analysis to identify learnings and best practices
  • Drive conversion rate optimization and identify customer-journey drop-offs
  • Lead initiatives optimizing customer experience, operational performance, and revenue growth
  • Accelerate A/B testing volume and improve use of the A/B testing platform
  • Develop campaign measurement frameworks with marketing teams
  • Assess campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve targeting, messaging, and ROI
  • Establish journey reporting for CRM programs and segment journeys based on customer interactions and behaviors
  • Integrate customer feedback and data from digital interactions, surveys, and CRM systems
  • Analyze behavior, expectations, and value across customer segments
  • Develop quarterly “state of the customer” insights and reporting
  • Develop cohort-based business views to forecast volume flow and next steps
  • Oversee scalable analytics frameworks and systems across the customer journey
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across multiple data sources
  • Integrate analytics into business processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Develop the customer data structure and improve its robustness and actionability
  • Enhance analytics architecture for scalability and real-time insights
  • Improve data accessibility and usability across the organization
  • Implement advanced analytics tools and methodologies, including machine learning and predictive modeling
  • Act as primary liaison for analytics initiatives with executive leadership and external partners
  • Present analytics insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and board-level audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Track record of driving business outcomes through strategic analytics initiatives
  • Demonstrable experience in customer and marketing analytics
  • Strong expertise in data warehousing, data visualization, statistical analysis, and modern analytics tools
  • Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Master's Degree preferred
