  • Align product investments with enterprise objectives
  • Make complex prioritization and investment tradeoff decisions
  • Influence portfolio planning and long-term product direction
  • Lead delivery of large-scale or highly complex initiatives
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to solve difficult product challenges
  • Balance innovation, scalability, technical debt, operational excellence, and compliance
  • Influence senior leaders across business and technology organizations
  • Build alignment across multiple teams and business functions
  • Represent Product Management in strategic planning discussions
  • Own business outcomes for strategic product areas
  • Define success measures and evaluate investment performance
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance
  • Mentor Associate Product Managers and Product Managers
  • Contribute to the evolution of Product Management standards, practices, and operating models
  • Champion customer-centric, outcome-driven product management throughout the organization
  • Share knowledge and elevate product thinking across cross-functional teams
  • Identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence, automation, data, digital capabilities, and emerging technologies to improve customer and business outcomes
  • Report to the SVP, Product Management
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 7 years of Product Management or related experience
  • Demonstrated success leading highly strategic or complex products
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional customer discovery, roadmap development, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Experience mentoring Product Managers and improving product management practices
  • Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Experience working within Agile product organizations
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
