Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in prudential risk management and regulatory frameworks
  • Prior experience of FCA-regulated firms, including understanding of their business models and risks
  • Demonstrable experience of assessing, managing, challenging, or making decisions on risk and financial resilience within regulated financial institutions
  • Ability to navigate and resolve complex prudential issues using sound judgement
  • Analytical capability to interpret complex information and articulate clear, evidence-based views verbally and in writing
  • Experience leading projects to completion within defined timelines and quality standards
  • Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and promote alignment toward shared departmental objectives
  • Experience coaching and mentoring colleagues on professional and technical subjects
