About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Lead Associate with content creation, planning, scheduling and reporting
  • Help deliver the social media strategy for organic and paid-for content
  • Collaborate with Strategic Comms Partners, the Design team and other FCA colleagues
  • Plan and produce engaging, accessible content for target consumer and firm audiences across assigned campaign areas
  • Monitor trends and best practice and share inspiration and knowledge with communications colleagues
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics
  • Identify improvements and make data-driven changes to social media output
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone and visual identity across channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Substantial experience managing corporate social media accounts
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Experience creating and editing video for social media
  • Experience using the Adobe design suite
  • Demonstrable experience delivering impactful creative social media campaigns
  • Experience turning complex technical content into engaging, original posts aligned with brand and accessibility guidelines
  • Journalism or digital marketing qualification
  • Practical experience with social media management platforms, tools and systems such as Hootsuite
  • Ability to work with colleagues and influence stakeholders professionally and constructively
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid technical understanding of social media platforms, trends and opportunities, including AI
  • Ability to turn complex information into clear, compelling, concise social-first content tailored to platform and audience
  • Advanced copywriting skills incorporating digital-first principles
