About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join FINARTIX's Software Engineering Practice and work on projects for major banking-sector clients
Create pipelines and version releases
Support build and test infrastructure for multiple teams involved in project delivery
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth product, module, and version delivery
Release high-quality products to relevant distribution channels
Apply DevOps best practices and contribute to continuous improvement
Participate in the design, implementation, and deployment of leading-edge technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory)
Minimum of 2 years of experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.), Docker and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Experience using version control systems (e.g. Git, SVN, TFS)
2-3 years of Software Engineering experience and knowledge of at least one dynamic scripting language (Python, Ruby, Groovy, etc.)
Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Professional experience with automation and IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform) will be considered as a plus
Experience interacting with senior stakeholders on releases and deployments
Languages required: English and Greek, both written and verbal
Eligible to work in Greece
