About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build the closing machine and systems that accelerate the sales team
Build recommendation engines that capture advisors' expertise
Build the agentic layer for operations to orchestrate AI agents with minimal human interaction
Gather needs from users, then design, build, deploy, and maintain products end to end
Define correct agent decisions, measure performance, and detect drift
Enable non-engineers to build automations
Provide robust solutions when non-engineer automations need additional engineering
Collaborate with engineering on shared agentic infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years shipping production-grade software, including end-to-end ownership
Experience building and running LLM integrations, agents, and multi-step orchestrations in production
Ability to explain and evaluate AI systems
Ability to determine when a simple rule is preferable to an agent
Daily use of AI coding tools
Comfort across multiple languages and codebases
Experience with or ability to work with TypeScript, Rust, and Ruby
Experience deploying and running software on Google Cloud and Kubernetes
Experience with infrastructure as code
Ability to keep data correct as systems evolve
Product sense and UX focus
High agency and ability to work across teams and switch context
Fluent French
Professional English
Based in Western Europe
Quarterly presence for onsite weeks in Paris
Familiarity with fintech or a regulated industry is nice to have
Passion for personal finance and investing is nice to have
