About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design leading-edge agentic and UX experiences across RRA, RaaS, and Executive Search
  • Design agent artifacts and experiences, including how multi-agent interactions and outputs are shaped, presented, and interacted with
  • Create and implement early customer prototypes for Executive Search exploratory work
  • Design UX and user workflows for RRA SaaS
  • Commit UX code polish PRs for front-end polish, excluding back-end code and API contracts
  • Refine workflows and interactions for AI-powered recruiting products
  • Design and ship new agentic patterns defining how users direct, review, and collaborate with AI agents
  • Help define an AI-native team process using AI tools
  • Collaborate daily with Product and Engineering
  • Engage customers early through prototyping, help win deals, and take designs through production

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years designing and shipping digital products, with a portfolio of live, shipped experiences (not just concepts or handoff mocks)
  • Track record of moving quickly from idea to prototype in ambiguous, early-stage contexts
  • Preferred: 0-to-1 or exploratory product work, ideally in SaaS or B2B
  • Preferred: comfort collaborating directly in an engineering codebase and workflow (Git, PRs, design QA)
  • Portfolio and demonstrated ability weighted above formal credentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals: user journey mapping, information architecture, and turning complex workflows into simple, intuitive flows
  • Proven design-systems experience — building and applying reusable components consistently across multiple surfaces
  • Hands-on front-end proficiency: comfortable committing polish-level PRs in a modern stack (React/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, component libraries), including responsive behavior, empty/loading/error states, motion, and accessibility
  • Ability to take work from idea to design to working prototype, reusing existing services and APIs rather than building them
  • Preferred: experience designing for AI-native or agentic products — agent artifacts, streaming outputs, chat/canvas interfaces, human-in-the-loop review, and non-deterministic states
