Key responsibilities & impact

Create graphic artworks as requested by the team
Design mood and tone and logos for each project according to the company's CI
Decorate presentation slides
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create graphics supporting content and campaigns
Retouch and adjust the color of still images
Create graphic and key visual designs supporting content, marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Experience in Graphic Design and Visual Design
Ability to use Generative AI (Gen AI) to create, develop, and enhance graphic and visual design work
Strong prompting skills and ability to leverage AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, and workflow
Familiarity with Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, or Keynote
Ability to work independently, stay organized, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Strong creative thinking skills with ability to develop and present new ideas
Collaborative team player willing to support and contribute whenever needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Can-do attitude with willingness to learn, adapt, and take action
Self-motivated with ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks
Experience in the financial industry is a plus
