About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape Finnomena's overall HR & People strategy
  • Oversee and lead People & HR, IT Infrastructure, and Procurement functions
  • Own people operations processes, including performance review cycles, compensation reviews and planning, benefits, and employment legal and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and execute learning and development initiatives
  • Initiate, develop, and implement recruitment and selection strategies and programs
  • Plan and lead staff activities across the company and subsidiaries
  • Champion company culture and core values
  • Develop and oversee employee engagement and happiness programs
  • Advise the Leadership Team and hold managers to high-quality people management standards
  • Prepare and present people matters to the Board of Directors and serve as Secretary of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee
  • Coordinate and support Board of Directors and Nomination and Remuneration Committee meetings on people-related agenda items, including proposals, supporting documents, meeting materials, and follow-up actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of HR / People experience
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, L&D, employee engagement, and HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in organizational development, culture building, and change management in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • AI-driven in the HR field and willing to invent and innovate new HR tools, systems, and related infrastructure
  • Experience overseeing IT Infrastructure and/or Procurement is an advantage
