About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work as the analyst for the Growth & Activation product stream
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Agree priorities and identify problems worth solving
- Bring recommendations and identify business opportunities
- Define activation, funnel, and product metrics and ensure consistent measurement
- Design tests including hypotheses, primary metrics, audience splits, duration, and result interpretation
- Automate experimentation workflows
- Build testing infrastructure at scale using external tools or internal solutions
- Help establish a product-wide testing culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product analytics experience end to end, with decisions that changed the roadmap
- Fluent in SQL
- Confident in Python
- Solid knowledge of experimentation and causal methods
- Experience choosing or building tooling for tests and metrics
- Daily use of AI tools
- Stakeholder partnership rather than ticket execution
- Proactive approach to identifying problems and hypotheses
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and explain reasoning to product and business stakeholders
- English at C1 or above
