About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term customer success, retention, and growth while keeping gross margin within target
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Drive account development strategies and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals
  • Support customer adoption, expansion, and continuous platform optimization
  • Collaborate with customer success teams on onboarding, delivery, and ongoing engagement
  • Monitor account health, proactively address risks, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes
  • Own contract renewals, commercial discussions, and negotiations
  • Represent the customer internally by sharing feedback with product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Participate in client planning, executive business reviews, and account roadmaps
  • Contribute to a collaborative, results-driven, and customer-centric culture

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise relationship management, ideally within fintech or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of financial services, including market dynamics, challenges, and opportunities
  • Experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, preferably within financial institutions
  • Consultative, customer-first approach, translating business needs into value-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated success in driving account expansion, renewals, and long-term customer value
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex accounts across multiple markets
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, CRM platforms, and account management methodologies
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Established network across CEE financial institutions, especially at senior management level — a strong advantage
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment — a plus
