About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Enter securities transactions from PDF documents into the internal data-entry system
  • Record portfolio holdings and market values based on bank and brokerage account documents
  • Reconcile entered transactions with bank statements and brokerage account statements
  • Review documents for completeness and plausibility
  • Process various documents from multiple banks
  • Maintain entered data carefully and systematically
  • Review and consolidate information in incomplete or more complex cases
  • Independently investigate discrepancies and irregularities
  • Provide organizational and coordination support for data entry activities as the role develops
  • Follow up on tasks, priorities, and work progress
  • Support colleagues with organizational matters and the onboarding of new team members
  • Contribute to quality assurance and the ongoing development and optimization of processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent German skills
  • Good English skills
  • Confident and proficient handling of PDF documents
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • High typing speed and accuracy in data entry, ideally including the use of keyboard shortcuts
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented, and reliable approach to work
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to interpret and accurately consolidate complex or incomplete information based on documentation
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining an overview
  • Openness to new technologies, digital tools, and evolving processes
  • Basic understanding of banking, brokerage account, or securities documents is an advantage but not required
