About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Manage group capacity, absence coverage and account reallocation
  • Own hiring and onboarding as the group grows
  • Build and deliver program strategies against client goals and revenue targets
  • Manage senior relationships through difficult situations
  • Handle escalations involving tracking failures, missed targets or quiet relationships
  • Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities
  • Maintain project management system visibility
  • Triage tracking and integration issues and escalate to product or engineering when needed
  • Report accurately and on time and explain performance drivers
  • Relay information between pods and Client Services leadership
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and engineering

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Seven or more years in client services, account management or performance marketing
  • At least three years managing people directly
  • Evidence of developing someone through promotion, performance turnaround or capability building
  • Track record of holding client relationships through difficulty
  • Comfort with data
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to read performance reporting, identify issues and explain them to clients
  • Technical curiosity sufficient to understand tracking and integrations
  • Affiliate marketing experience is an advantage
  • Financial services or another regulated industry experience is an advantage
