About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, usability, performance, and reliability.
Review business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Create, maintain, and update test cases, test data, and test execution documentation.
Identify, log, track, and retest software defects while working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across web, mobile, and API applications.
Contribute to test automation by developing and maintaining automated test scripts under the guidance of senior QA engineers.
Validate production fixes, releases, and deployments to ensure quality standards are met.
Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to improve product quality.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying testing efficiencies, automation opportunities, and process enhancements.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices, testing standards, and compliance requirements.
Provide timely status updates on testing progress, risks, defects, and quality metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of experience in UI & API Automation
2 years of experience in QA and Agile Practices.
