About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide responsive customer success support and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Monitor client account activity, satisfaction levels, service levels, and key indicators
  • Proactively resolve issues and pursue product or service expansion opportunities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Develop and deliver presentations of FADV products and services
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to achieve client objectives
  • Escalate and resolve operational, billing, and technical issues
  • Lead client engagement calls, quarterly business reviews, and annual business reviews
  • Document and manage action and project plans within assigned accounts
  • Define and utilize key performance metrics
  • Track and analyze account progress and strategic direction
  • Maintain activity records in Salesforce CRM
  • Manage customer contractual documentation, including RFPs, renewals, upsells, MSAs, Schedules A, Statements of Work, SLAs, and SOPs
  • Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual quota within assigned accounts
  • Promote additional FADV products and services and create renewal proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of account management or other relevant experience for Account Management positions
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and solve complex problems
  • Success communicating ideas, presenting, and influencing others
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM system preferred
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration with an outgoing personality
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strategic, self-directed, organized, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, persuade, influence, negotiate, and establish mutually agreeable expectations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
