About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into robust automated test coverage
Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing
Ensure new features are delivered with automated test coverage and high quality
Develop deep knowledge of the company’s solutions and continuously improve automation strategies, tools, and practices
Contribute to QA process improvement initiatives, including tool evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and automation best practices
Support manual and UAT efforts when needed, ensuring alignment with QA standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support CI/CD practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience or proficiency in designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into automated test coverage
Knowledge of QA standards and automation strategies, tools, and practices
Experience supporting manual and UAT efforts
Familiarity with Agile ceremonies
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices
