About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform confidential administrative functions for the Compliance team
  • Job shadow the Compliance team to learn each area’s functions and processes
  • Participate in bank-wide project teams supporting Compliance
  • Participate in committee meetings supporting Compliance
  • Research and analyze the regulatory landscape in community banking

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Completed a minimum of two years of undergraduate study
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Above average written and oral communication skills
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Training or experience in all areas of personal computers and documentation is recommended
  • Must work on-site
