Key responsibilities & impact

Learn the fundamentals of Consumer Banking Operations
Support projects related to quality assurance, risk management, procedure management, and operational improvement
Review, develop, organize, and maintain procedures and related documentation
Assist with risk management activities, including audit or compliance research, documentation, tracking, and follow-up
Analyze processes and data to identify trends, inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities
Explore opportunities to automate or streamline manual operational processes
Assist with testing process, system, or automation enhancements
Prepare summaries, reports, process maps, and recommendations based on research and analysis
Gain knowledge of banking products, services, systems, policies, and regulatory requirements
Develop effective working relationships throughout First Bank & Trust
Complete special projects as assigned
Participate in required compliance training and appropriate meetings

Requirements
